By creating an account or using Admisity ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Admisity is operated by ALG INNOVATION GROUP INC and is a consumer informational and educational resource.

Admisity provides college admissions planning tools — college search and matching, application tracking, essay guidance, test prep, scholarships, financial aid estimation, and AI-powered suggestions. The Service is informational only and does not guarantee admission, scholarships, or any specific outcome.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be accurate in the information you provide. You can delete your account and data at any time from your Profile settings; deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by automating or scraping data, uploading harmful content, impersonating others, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Some content (such as essay suggestions, practice questions, and blog articles) is generated by AI models. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use. AI guidance is not professional admissions, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by our refund policy and applicable law.

The Service links to external sites (colleges, scholarship providers, housing listings) and references third-party data (e.g., U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard). We are not responsible for the accuracy or practices of third parties.

We retain rights to the Service and content we create. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outcome will result from its use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALG INNOVATION GROUP INC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
